Find the franchise that fits your life
Not the other way around
I'm Kelsey Stuart. Former franchise owner. I help burned-out professionals figure out if franchise ownership actually makes sense. It costs you absolutely nothing.
7 in 10 people I work with don't buy a franchise.
That's not a failure. That's the point.
100% free to you. Franchise brands pay the referral fee when you purchase. My only incentive is getting the match right.

Let's be honest
Most franchise consultants hand you a catalog and hope for the best. That's a crappy way to make a life-changing decision.

I'm not going to show you 200 brands and let you guess which one fits. I'm going to ask you real questions, listen to the answers, and tell you what I actually think, even if that means saying “this isn't the right time for you.”
I helped build a family business into a real competitor, then we franchised it as Bloomin' Blinds and grew it to $40M and over 200 locations. Then I became a franchisee myself. I was terrible at it. I made a lot of mistakes and I lost money. That is the experience I bring to this.
Sound familiar?
If any of this hits home, let's talk.
The Burned-Out Achiever
You crushed it in corporate. VP, Director, maybe C-suite. You hit every number. And one morning you realized you were building someone else's dream. You want ownership, not another title.
The Corporate Expat
You got laid off. Or you saw the writing on the wall and walked. Either way, you're done waiting for the next reorg to decide your future.
The Trailing Spouse
Your partner's career moved your family again. You're smart, capable, and tired of restarting from zero every three years. You want something portable that's yours.
The 3–5 Year Planner
You're not in a rush. Still employed, still earning. But you're quietly researching what comes next. You want to understand your options before you need them.
The Off-Ramp Builder
You're not quitting tomorrow. You like the paycheck and you're not ready to walk away from it yet. But you want to start building something on the side so that when you do leave, the money is already flowing.
The Process
No pitch deck. No hard close.

We Talk
A straight conversation about your background, your capital, what you want your day-to-day to actually look like, and what scares you about all of it. No script. No intake form.
I Match
Based on everything you tell me, I curate 3–4 franchise concepts that fit. Not hundreds. A short list of validated businesses that align with your money, skills, and life goals.
You Decide
You talk to real franchise owners. You review the agreement. You run the numbers yourself. I walk you through every step, but you make the call. Always.
From the people who've been through it
Don't take my word for it.
I came in excited about two different concepts. Kelsey helped me walk through the real numbers and the day-to-day reality of each one. Honestly I still had doubts walking out of the first call — but by the second conversation something clicked. The one I chose has been a great fit.

I thought I wanted a food concept. Ten minutes into the call Kelsey basically talked me out of it — not in a pushy way, just walked me through what the hours actually look like. Ended up with a service brand I'd never heard of. Two years in, it works.
Jennifer R.
Corporate expat, franchise owner since 2023
Austin, TX
Most consultants send you a list and disappear. Kelsey stayed involved through the whole thing. There were a few moments where I wasn't sure we'd get it across the finish line — he was the one who kept it moving.
David K.
Trailing spouse, now owner of two units
Nashville, TN
Kelsey told me not to buy. He told me my situation wasn't right for the concept I wanted and walked me through why. Six months later I was ready, and we found something that actually fit. That conversation saved me from a bad decision.
Carol M.
Former healthcare executive, franchise owner since 2025
Phoenix, AZ
I just wanted to understand my options. I was not in a hurry and I told him that upfront. He never pushed. We built a plan so that by the time I leave corporate, the business will already be running.
James P.
Still employed, franchise opens Q3 2026
Chicago, IL
My husband figured it was a sales call. He sat down to be polite. Ten minutes in he was the one asking questions. Once Kelsey explained how he gets paid, my husband was the one pushing us to move forward.
Rachel S.
Teacher turned franchise co-owner
Raleigh, NC
I showed up with a list of brands I'd already spent weeks researching. Kelsey set the list aside and asked me about my week. An hour later I was looking at something I'd never considered. Six months after that call I opened my doors.
Tom W.
Former tech executive, franchise owner
Seattle, WA
I was clear from the start: I could not be on-site sixty hours a week. He never brought me anything that didn't fit that. It sounds simple but it's actually rare.

About Kelsey
I'm not going to read you a damn brochure.
I know what it feels like to bet on yourself and come up short. I have been on both sides of franchising. I helped build a national brand, and I also failed as a franchise owner. That combination is why I can look you in the eye and tell you what is actually worth your time and money.
I do not get paid unless you find the right fit and move forward. So I have zero reason to push you toward something that does not work. If it is not a good match, I will say so.
